We recently collaborated with a client from Portugal to design and manufacture a custom inflatable karting track that redefines versatility and efficiency. The client needed a solution that could be easily set up, adapted to various venues, and operated without the high energy costs of traditional inflatable structures. The result was a groundbreaking 20x30m modular track, engineered for performance and practicality.

The client required a karting track that could be installed and reconfigured across multiple locations without compromising safety or inflatable performance. Traditional inflatable setups often depend on continuous blower operation, leading to significant energy consumption and operational limitations.
We developed a fully modular inflatable track composed of 53 individual air-tight tubes. Unlike conventional inflatables, this advanced design requires no continuous blower operation, saving electricity and reducing long-term costs. Each tube can be independently arranged, allowing the client to adjust the layout and size of the track according to the venue.
• Modular & Flexible Layout: The segmented tubes enable easy setup, tear-down, and reconfiguration. Whether for large events or compact spaces, the track can be tailored to fit.
• Secure Connection System: Each tube is equipped with D-rings at both ends for quick and reliable inter-tube connection. Additional D-rings on the side provide secure anchoring to the ground, ensuring stability and safety during use.
• Durable and Portable: Designed for commercial use, the track is both robust and easy to transport, making it ideal for event rentals, amusement parks, or temporary racing attractions.
Our Portuguese client expressed great satisfaction with the final product, highlighting its ease of use, professional appearance, and unique energy-saving advantage.
